Dave, Mark and Lee decided to be healthy last night and headed out on a tough 20 Mile off road mountain bike ride up Wendover woods in 24 degree heat.

There were no serious crashes however we did swallow a few bugs along the route, this gave us the excuse to stop at the pub afterwards to wash them down with a beer.
